Unlocked Is Entering a New Season—Join Us

In 2024, more than 50 leaders joined me for our inaugural event in Louisville, Kentucky. We shared countless meaningful moments, exchanged powerful ideas, and forged lasting connections. Since that beginning, Unlocked has hosted 10 events across 5 states, engaging over 300 Kingdom leaders from churches, non-profits, and businesses in our signature four-session experience.

The workbook has evolved through 10 versions, each one thoughtfully refined to better serve our attendees.

Unlocked has grown because leaders like you chose to say yes.

You accepted my invitation to explore Biblical creativity, engage with new tools, and fully embrace the Unlocked Experience.

As 2026 begins, so does season three of the Unlocked Conference. I invite you to join us again—to experience the changes inspired by your feedback and to benefit from gathering with Biblically rooted creatives.

Here are three changes for this season:

The event is now streamlined to three hours, from 9:00 am to noon. Let’s be honest—after lunch, our energy and focus wane. By reducing the event to three sessions in three hours, we create a focused, energizing sprint with space to breathe.
We’ve lowered the price to $49. I understand budgets are tight and time is valuable. This new price point allows us to invest in quality materials and thoughtful touches like premium coffee and snacks, while making participation accessible for both personal and professional development budgets.
Our new third session, the 1x7, is officially launching after a successful beta phase. At each table, leaders will guide a round-robin of ideation: 1 minute to pitch your context and the question from session two, followed by 7 minutes of rapid-fire idea sharing. This format has produced so much unexpected fruit that we’re excited to roll it out for everyone.

All of this launches on March 6th at Northeast Christian Church in Louisville, Kentucky, with more events on the horizon.

Additionally, Unlocked Conference is introducing something brand new: Unlocked Leaders Coaching.

I’m excited to launch my first two post-event coaching groups. These groups are designed to explore additional tools and can be customized to each client’s needs. This new offering lets the conference serve as an open door, while allowing me to further embrace my calling as a shepherd.
