My name is Jon McCallon and I am the founder and lead facilitator of Unlocked Conference.
Jon McCallon is a creative director, speaker, and coach who helps leaders move ideas from stuck to launched.
With more than two decades of experience in ministry and leadership, Jon founded House Blend—a creative studio that offers fractional creative direction to churches, non-profits, and mission-driven organizations. He also leads Unlocked Conference, a growing initiative designed to equip Biblical creatives with the tools, language, and confidence they need to lead well, unlock ideas, and inspire others.
Jon’s approach blends strategic thinking with spiritual insight. Whether he’s designing a brand, building a conference, or coaching a team through a creative block, he brings clarity, warmth, and a deep belief that everyone is creative—because we’re made in the image of a Creator. His favorite work happens at the intersection of vision and execution, helping teams turn inspiration into action and chaos into progress.
Over the years, Jon has spoken at conferences, led creative teams, mentored pastors, and developed resources that multiply impact without multiplying stress. He’s known for his down-to-earth style, clear communication, and knack for helping leaders bring their best ideas into the light.
He’s a husband of 25 years to his wife Dustye, a dad to three daughters, and a big believer in quality black coffee, journaling, and the power of asking better questions.
