Unlock Ideas
& Create
with Clarity
Unlocked Conference is a one day event in multiple locations for Kingdom leaders serving in the local church, non-profit, and business.
Many leaders have a narrow view of creativity that limits their potential
Over time, creativity has become confined to specific groups, such as artists, photographers, designers, musicians, and filmmakers. As church and ministry resources expanded, creative departments emerged, further narrowing our understanding of who can be considered "creative." It almost feels like two groups formed, creatives and non-creatives.
Our day unlocks and equips leaders in three ways.
Biblical Creativity
We take time to get rooted in God's Word throughout the day, learning together.
Practical Tools
We provide real world tools that you can immediately apply to your work.
Interactive Learning
We engage one another in conversations that encourage and equip.

"Jon’s training was so insightful and empowering as a leader! He challenged us to think outside the literal and proverbial box to find creative ways to solve problems, and to see constraints as opportunities, some dare say freedom, to be creative problem-solvers! And he did so with such eloquence, humility, and vulnerability that in turn gave us, his students/audience, the boldness to respond in the same ways. I thoroughly enjoyed the training and greatly appreciated the thought and creativity that went into all the material for the day!”

"We were able to identify problems that we are able to solve versus problems that are not going to be able to solve. From there we were able to work on overcoming problems that were not directly solvable. This process should get us going in the right direction as we try to better tell stories of life change. Honestly, the far bigger win for us was the time talking about insecurities. We could have gone another hour or so on that section.”
